Quality lenses for clear vision
There are many spectacle lens options out there and sometimes the choice can be rather overwhelming. However, here at Weygang Opticians, we have an experienced team who are happy to discuss and advise on the most suitable spectacle lens option required to fulfil your individual lifestyle and vision requirements.
We are here to help guide you through this process, using our expertise to make it as stress-free as possible so that you end up with the correct choice for your needs and also within your budget.
We are able to cater for any spectacle prescription and using our trusted lens suppliers and manufacturers. All of our spectacle lenses have a scratch-resistant finish incorporated as standard.
Prescription sunglasses
The best way to protect your eyes from UV radiation is to wear sunglasses (of some form) and here at Weygang Opticians, we recommend ones that are guaranteed to provide 100% UV protection (especially with respect to harmful UVA and UVB radiation).
We offer a wide range of prescription sunglasses in many different shapes, styles, tints and lens options. Many of these can be made to your individual spectacle prescription if needed and they are always produced to the same high standard as our clear spectacles.
They can be single vision, bifocal or varifocal lenses and can also be made thinner for those high spectacle prescriptions.
Sports eyewear

Whether you are into swimming, diving, cycling or golf, we can provide an eyewear solution for all ages, shapes and sizes. You can have them either with a prescription, be it glazed into the actual lenses or as a removable insert, or without – the choice is yours.
Although we do keep a number of items in practice for viewing, if there is something of interest that we do not have then we can easily order a free sample in for you to try. Similarly, if there is something specific that you have in mind then we will do our best to source it for you.
